Hassle-free and effortless
flexible economy
Production line configuration
(69 jaw crusher + Simmons 1300 cone crusher + 1510 hydraulic double-roll crusher + 1860 vibrating screen)
I. Project Overview
- Applicable regions: Kyrgyzstan (mining, infrastructure, aggregate plants)
- Applicable materials: Granite, basalt, river pebbles, limestone, desert rock, etc.
- Process Flow: Primary crushing → Secondary crushing → Sand-making/fine crushing → Screening
- Design Capacity: 120–180 tonnes per hour
- Product Specifications: 0–5mm manufactured sand, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, 16–31.5mm aggregates
II. Core Equipment List
1. PE600×900 Jaw Crusher (69 Jaw Crusher)
- Function: Primary crushing of large raw rock blocks
- Feed size ≤500mm, output 60–160t/h
- Advantages: Impact-resistant, low failure rate, suitable for continuous overseas operation
2. Simmons PYB/PYD1300 Cone Crusher
- Function: Medium crushing, hard rock specialist
- Feed size ≤180mm, discharge size 20–60mm
- Advantages: High crushing ratio, extended wear part lifespan, suitable for high-hardness aggregates
3. 1510 Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher
- Function: Fine crushing, sand production + shaping
- Feed size ≤150mm, adjustable discharge 3–10mm, capacity 120–180t/h
- Advantages: Hydraulic protection, minimal stone powder, excellent particle shape, low operating costs
4. 3YK1860 Circular Vibrating Screen
- Function: Product grading
- Three-layer screen mesh, capable of producing four product specifications simultaneously
- Advantages: High screening efficiency, robust structure, suitable for Central Asian operating conditions
III. Production Process
1. Raw material is uniformly fed by a feeder into the 69 jaw crusher for primary crushing, producing 50–140mm aggregate
2. Primary crushed material enters the 1300 cone crusher for secondary crushing, processing into 20–60mm intermediate material
3. Medium-sized material is fed into the 1510 hydraulic double-roll crusher for fine crushing into 3–10mm premium sand/aggregate
4. Mixed material is graded via the 1860 vibrating screen; qualified finished products are directly stored, while unqualified material is returned to the double-roll crusher for recirculating crushing
IV. Solution Advantages (Kyrgyzstan Adaptation)
- Hard rock adaptation: Jaw crusher + cone crusher + double-roll combination specifically designed for granite and basalt
- Low cost: Double-roll sand-making machine consumables exhibit significantly lower wear than impact sand-making machines
- Stable and reliable: Simple structure and convenient maintenance, suitable for overseas operation and maintenance conditions
- Superior Output Quality: Cubic particle shape with minimal needle and flake content, meeting local infrastructure standards
- Export Adaptability: Demountable for containerised shipping and straightforward installation, suited to Central Asian transport and commissioning
V. Application of Output
- Manufactured sand for roads, bridges, and building construction
- Concrete aggregate, railway ballast, mining aggregate
- Local engineering projects and external sales from aggregate plants
