Working Principle
The working principle of the tire mobile impact crushing plant is based on “impact crushing + intelligent integrated operation”, and the core can be summarized as: after the traction movement is in place, the continuous crushing and screening of materials are realized through the integrated system.
1. Feeding link: The raw materials are evenly transported to the crushing chamber by the built-in vibrating feeder to avoid overloading the equipment caused by uneven feeding.
2. Crushing link: the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the blow bar on the rotor impacts the material at high speed, and the impacted material hits the impact plate and rebounds, and is crushed after multiple impacts, grinding and collision in the crushing chamber. At the same time, the discharge particle size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the blow bar.
3. Screening and conveying: The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor belt for grading, and the finished products with qualified particle size are transported to the finished product pile, and the unqualified materials are returned to the crushing chamber for re-crushing, forming a closed-circuit cycle.
4. Movement support: The equipment as a whole relies on the tire chassis, is pulled by the tractor when the field is transferred, and is fixed by outriggers after arriving at the site to ensure the stability of the operation.
The core components of the tire-type impact mobile crushing plant
1. Main machine crushing system (core processing area)
— Heavy-duty vibrating feeder (and coarse crushing pre-screening): The main function is to evenly and continuously supply raw materials to the core crusher, and use the grille in front of it to pre-screen and remove soil and fine materials, effectively improving the subsequent crushing efficiency and reducing the load of the main engine.
— High-efficiency impact crusher (medium and fine crushing core): As the “heart” of the whole station, its main role is to use high-speed impact energy to crush and shape the material. Its multi-stage impact plate cavity design can ensure that the material is repeatedly impacted and ground, so as to produce high-quality finished aggregates with excellent particle shape, multi-angular and high-grade, especially suitable for concrete aggregates and high-grade highway materials.
2. Sieving system
— High-efficiency vibrating screen: The main function is to accurately grade the mixture after counterattack crushing according to the preset particle size specifications. It can quickly separate a variety of finished materials that meet the requirements, and send the over-specification materials back to the host machine for re-crushing through the feeding system, forming an efficient closed-circuit cycle to ensure the qualified rate of finished products and the overall production efficiency.
3. Conveyor system
— Main discharge conveyor: The main function is to undertake and transport the qualified finished aggregate selected from the vibrating screen and guide it to the designated stacking area.
— Return belt conveyor: The main function is to automatically return the screened oversized material to the feeding port of the impact crusher to achieve closed-circuit crushing. This design greatly reduces manual intervention and ensures continuity and stability in production.
4. Powertrain
Diesel engine set: Provides power to the entire mobile station, allowing it to operate independently in sites without external power sources, such as scrap yards. This is the guarantee of “mobile” and “field work” capabilities.
Electric motor: If the site has a stable power supply, you can also use an external power supply, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
