Product Overview
The single-cylinder cone crusher is a medium-fine crushing device employing modern hydraulic technology, occupying a significant position in the crushing field due to its compact structure and intelligent operation. This equipment achieves integrated control of discharge opening adjustment, iron overload protection, and cavity cleaning through its bottom-mounted single-cylinder hydraulic structure, simplifying the complexity of traditional multi-cylinder designs. Its unique fixed-shaft design enables the moving cone to operate with greater swing amplitude and higher rotational speed. Combined with the principle of laminar crushing, this subjects materials to multiple squeezing and impact forces within the crushing chamber. Consequently, it effectively processes medium-to-high hardness materials while producing uniform particle shapes and high cubic content. The intelligent control system continuously monitors operational status and automatically optimises working parameters, significantly reducing energy consumption while maintaining crushing efficiency. With its intelligent operation, straightforward structure, and convenient maintenance, the single-cylinder cone crusher stands as a vital crushing solution for modern mining operations and aggregate projects.
Working Principle
The primary components comprise the upper frame, middle frame, lower frame, moving cone assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly, transmission assembly, and hydraulic cylinder assembly. An electric motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate; this shaft, through helical bevel gear meshing, drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The eccentric sleeve then drives the moving cone assembly to perform a rotational swing motion, thereby achieving continuous compression crushing. The DG Series Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher adjusts the clearance between the moving cone liner and fixed cone liner by actuating the hydraulic cylinder at the base of the moving cone. This cylinder drives the main shaft, causing the moving cone assembly to move vertically and thereby controlling the final product size. Concurrently, the hydraulic cylinder incorporates overload protection: should non-crushable foreign objects (such as iron blocks) enter the crushing chamber, the accumulator activates, causing the hydraulic cylinder to automatically lower the movable cone. This releases the foreign object, enabling the crusher to resume operation and safeguarding the equipment.
