Working Principle

The working principle of the tire mobile impact crushing plant is based on “impact crushing + intelligent integrated operation”, and the core can be summarized as: after the traction movement is in place, the continuous crushing and screening of materials are realized through the integrated system.

1. Feeding link: The raw materials are evenly transported to the crushing chamber by the built-in vibrating feeder to avoid overloading the equipment caused by uneven feeding.

2. Crushing link: the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the blow bar on the rotor impacts the material at high speed, and the impacted material hits the impact plate and rebounds, and is crushed after multiple impacts, grinding and collision in the crushing chamber. 3.
