Product Overview

The tyre-mounted mobile jaw crusher station is a highly efficient primary crushing solution developed by Henan Shaolin Heavy Industry, integrating jaw crushing technology with the advantages of tyre-mounted mobile equipment. It overcomes the site constraints of traditional fixed jaw crusher production lines, enabling ‘immediate crushing upon arrival and flexible relocation’.

Built upon a high-strength tyre chassis, the unit integrates core components including the jaw crusher mainframe, vibrating feeder, conveyor belt, and optional simple screening device, alongside an intelligent control system. Feed rate and crushing gap can be adjusted to suit production requirements, accommodating the coarse crushing needs of various large-sized raw materials. Since its launch, the equipment has gained widespread adoption across construction waste processing, mining operations, and infrastructure construction due to its ease of relocation, robust crushing capacity, and stable performance. Working Principle

The core of the work of the tire mobile jaw crushing plant is jaw extrusion crushing + tire mobile operation, and the overall workflow can be divided into two stages: mobile positioning and crushing operation:

1. Move in place: After the equipment is towed to the work site by the trailer, operate the hydraulic outriggers to level and fix the chassis to ensure stability during crushing operations; According to the discharge demand, adjust the angle of the belt conveyor and the size of the discharge port of the jaw breaking machine.

2. Crushing operation: the motor power is transmitted to the eccentric shaft of the broken main machine, and the moving jaw is driven to do reciprocating oscillating movement, so that the moving jaw is periodically close to and far from the fixed jaw. The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by the vibrating feeder, and is crushed under the action of extrusion and splitting of the movable jaw and the fixed jaw, and the crushed material is transported to the designated position through the belt conveyor to complete the coarse crushing operation. If further processing is required, it can be linked with mobile cone breaking, mobile counterattack and other equipment to form an integrated crushing production line.

1. Main machine crushing system (core processing area)

— High-strength crusher (coarse crusher): As the core of the whole station, it adopts heavy jaw plates and optimized cavity shape, and its main function is to carry out primary and strong crushing of large pieces of raw ore, boulders and construction waste, so as to achieve the first stage size reduction of materials and lay the foundation for subsequent processing.

2. Feeding system

— Vibrating feeder: The main function is to convey raw materials to the main crushing system evenly, continuously and controllably. Its built-in pre-screening function can remove soil, fine debris, etc. while feeding, effectively improving the working efficiency of the main crusher, preventing material blockage and reducing wear.

3. Conveyor system

— Main discharge conveyor: The main function is to efficiently transport the finished aggregate processed by the main machine crushing system.

— Side discharge/return belt conveyor: The main function is to return large materials that do not meet the particle size requirements to the medium and fine crusher after screening, forming a closed-circuit cycle crushing, or diverting materials of different specifications to the designated yard as needed, so as to achieve simultaneous output and flexible discharge of a variety of finished products.

4. Powertrain

Diesel engine set: Provides power to the entire mobile station, allowing it to operate independently in sites without external power sources, such as scrap yards. This is the guarantee of “mobile” and “field work” capabilities.

Electric motor: If the site has a stable power supply, you can also use an external power supply, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
