Product Overview

The impact crusher produces finished particles with a cubic shape, free from tension and cracks, resulting in superior particle form. It can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials with a feed size not exceeding 500mm and compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa. Impact crushers find extensive application across diverse sectors including mineral processing, railways, motorways, energy, cement, chemical industries, and construction. Their discharge particle size is adjustable, enabling versatile crushing specifications.


Working Principle

The impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that utilises impact energy to break down materials. During operation, driven by an electric motor, the rotor spins at high speed. When material enters the impact plate zone, it collides with the impact plates on the rotor, breaking into smaller pieces. It is then propelled towards the impact device for further crushing, before rebounding off the impact liner back into the impact plate zone for renewed crushing. This process repeats, The material progresses through the first, second, and third impact chambers in a series of crushing stages, reducing in size until it reaches the required particle size before being discharged through the outlet.

1. Rotor Assembly:

Directly drives the rotor at high speed via a V-belt connected to the electric motor, ensuring high transmission efficiency.

Features a robust structure. The rear frame can be hydraulically opened, providing exceptional convenience for inspection and maintenance.
