Accelerated infrastructure development drives essential demand! A high-quality crushing production line has been established in Kyrgyzstan, filling a gap in the building materials market

Recently, as Kyrgyzstan’s infrastructure construction enters a new phase of comprehensive acceleration, various local projects such as highways, railways, housing and social facilities have started intensively. The market demand for high-quality construction aggregates and high-grade manufactured sand has shown an explosive growth, and the shortage of high-quality building materials has become a key bottleneck restricting the progress of infrastructure projects. Against this background, a modern crushing production line built relying on local abundant mineral resources has officially started planning and construction, which will effectively fill the gap in the regional high-quality building materials market and inject new vitality into China-Kyrgyzstan infrastructure cooperation and local industrial upgrading.

In recent years, Kyrgyzstan has continuously increased investment in infrastructure, and the infrastructure sector has witnessed a “blazing” development momentum. In 2025, the country paved more than 1,545 kilometers of asphalt concrete pavement, twice that of 2024, and the total area of completed housing and social facilities reached 3.5 million square meters. Key projects such as the Bishkek-Kochkor Railway Extension Project and the Barskon-Bedel Highway are advancing steadily; at the same time, the key control projects of the Kyrgyzstan section of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway have entered the substantive construction stage. The implementation of a series of major infrastructure projects has directly driven a surge in demand for core building materials such as construction aggregates and manufactured sand. Data shows that in the first 11 months of 2025, Kyrgyzstan’s imports of cement from China soared by 480 times, which intuitively reflects the huge gap in the local building materials market and highlights the urgent need for localized production of high-quality building materials.

To cater to the explosive growth of demand for high-quality construction aggregates and high-grade manufactured sand driven by Kyrgyzstan’s infrastructure acceleration, this project relies on the country’s abundant mineral resources, aiming to build a modern crushing production line characterized by high efficiency, environmental protection and intelligence. After precise topographic surveys and raw material analysis, the project has adopted the classic multi-stage crushing process of “jaw crusher for primary crushing + composite spring cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing + double-roll sand making machine for shaping and sand making”, with a designed capacity of 300-400 tons per hour. The production line will ultimately produce three specifications of high-quality aggregates (5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm) as well as high-standard manufactured sand, which perfectly meet the material standards of local highways, railways and concrete mixing stations.

Primary Crushing Stage (First Break)

As the starting point of the entire production process, massive raw stones are first fed into the feed inlet of the jaw crusher uniformly and continuously by a vibrating feeder. Utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of eccentric blocks in the vibrator, the vibrating feeder realizes continuous and uniform feeding, and pre-screens out soil and fine materials during the conveying process, which effectively reduces the load on the jaw crusher and avoids equipment wear caused by impurities. The jaw crusher, with its advantages of deep-cavity crushing and high crushing ratio, can instantly crush large rocks into medium-grained materials in one go, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing links. Its gasket-type discharge adjustment device also allows flexible adaptation to the crushing needs of different raw materials, ensuring the stability of the primary crushing effect.

Secondary and Fine Crushing Stage (Second Break)

The coarsely crushed stone materials are transported to the composite spring cone crusher through a belt conveyor for further processing. Targeting the characteristics of high hardness of local ores, the composite spring cone crusher adopts the efficient laminar crushing principle and has strong overload protection capability, enabling high-intensity secondary crushing of stone materials. This equipment is particularly suitable for medium and fine crushing of high-hardness materials, with adjustable discharge granularity and no grid bars, which can avoid blockage even for materials with high mud content, and automatically discharge non-crushable materials without damaging the equipment. The secondary and fine crushing stage not only ensures large output but also achieves excellent energy consumption control, which is the key to ensuring the stable output of the entire production line at 300-400 tons per hour.

Screening and Sand Making Stage (Core Classification)

After being processed by the cone crusher, the materials enter the circular vibrating screen for multi-layer classification and screening. The circular vibrating screen adopts a closed working environment, with adjustable amplitude and high screening efficiency, which can effectively separate materials of different particle sizes without causing powder flying. The finished materials that meet the specifications (5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm) are separated and transported to the finished product stockpile through the conveyor belt. To meet the strict market requirements for “high-grade sand”, some of the screened fine materials or materials of specific levels are sent to the double-roll sand making machine. The double-roll sand making machine uses two sets of independently driven rollers to perform refined sand making on materials through extrusion and grinding principles. The manufactured sand produced by this equipment has a round particle shape, reasonable gradation and low powder content, which greatly improves the commercial added value of the finished products.

Closed-Circuit Circulation and Finished Product Output

The entire production system forms a closed-circuit circulation: the stone materials that do not meet the particle size requirements will be returned to the corresponding crushing links for re-crushing until they meet the standards, ensuring zero waste of raw materials and stable quality of finished products. Ultimately, the entire production line achieves automatic linkage, integrating raw stone feeding, multi-stage crushing, screening, sand making and finished product stacking into a seamless process. This automatic operation mode not only greatly reduces labor costs but also avoids potential safety hazards caused by manual operation, ensuring the safety and high efficiency of the production site. The intelligent control system equipped with the production line can realize one-key operation of the production process and real-time monitoring of equipment operation, further improving production efficiency and operational safety.
