The production of sand and gravel aggregates alongside building materials constitutes the most widespread application domain at present.

Description

Product Overview

The circular vibrating screen is a highly efficient heavy-duty screening apparatus utilising a vibrating motor as its excitation source. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric weights, it generates an ideal circular vibrating trajectory. Featuring a cylindrical shaft eccentric vibrator and adjustable amplitude design, this equipment delivers high screening efficiency and substantial throughput. Multi-layer screen configurations enable simultaneous material classification. The screen box employs high-strength bolted connections for robust, durable construction. Rubber spring vibration dampers effectively reduce impact forces on foundations, ensuring low operational noise and extended service life. Characterised by straightforward maintenance, reliable operation, and strong adaptability, circular vibrating screens accommodate diverse material screening requirements through adjustable screen inclination angles. They serve as pivotal equipment for achieving material classification within crushing and screening systems.

Working Principle

The motor drives the vibrator via a wheel-type coupling, causing the vibrator’s eccentric weights to rotate rapidly and generate excitation force. This forces the screen box into continuous vibration, propelling the material along the inclined screen surface in a continuous projectile motion. As the material is thrown upwards, it separates into layers; upon falling, particles pass through the screen mesh, completing the classification process.

Core Components of the YK Circular Vibrating Screen

1. Screen Box Assembly
The main structure comprising side plates, cross beams, and reinforcement beams, manufactured from high-strength steel.

2. Vibrator Assembly
The core excitation component, incorporating key parts such as bearings, eccentric weights, and shafts.

3. Support Assembly
Utilises steel coil springs or rubber springs as vibration damping elements

4. Drive System
Operates the vibrator via a V-belt driven by an electric motor

5. Screen Assembly
Accommodates metal woven mesh, perforated plates, or polyurethane screens according to specific requirements

Features

  • High-efficiency screening, exceptional throughput

Employing a design philosophy of high amplitude and intense vibration, screening efficiency exceeds 90%. The unique trajectory of the screen surface ensures rapid material passage through the mesh, delivering a 30% increase in processing capacity compared to conventional screening equipment.

  • Sturdy construction, built to last

The box vibrator features heavy-duty forged components, delivering exceptional strength and extended service life. The screen frame employs high-strength bolts for assembly, ensuring excellent overall rigidity. This design withstands impacts from large material particles, extending operational lifespan by over 50%.

  • Low maintenance, economical operation

The vibrator employs grease lubrication with extended replacement intervals and minimal maintenance requirements. The screen employs a modular design for swift and convenient replacement. Operational costs are reduced by 25% compared to comparable products.

  • Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with strong adaptability

The fully enclosed structure effectively controls dust leakage, with noise levels below 85 decibels. Screen meshes of varying apertures and materials can be selected according to material characteristics, adapting to diverse complex operating conditions.
